21 Days of United Prayer Has Concluded But...

Hello again CentrePoint Family,

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!

Although our 21 Days of United Prayer is concluded as of Saturday @ midnight, we by no means are finished praying. This last 21 days has been a great opportunity to become consistent regarding praying for one another.

The days ahead will be a good time to refer to the Lord's prayer on a daily basis just like we've been doing during the last 21 days. The model the Lord gave His disciples is certainly one we should all emulate.

Since our time of prayer has concluded, it would be nice to hear what the Lord has been doing in your lives as you have been being prayed for and praying for others. There is bound to be several testimonies of the Lord's goodness during the last 21 days. I do look forward to hearing what the Lord has been up to in your lives.

If you want a peek at what the Lord is showing me, take some time to review:

2 Chronicles 7:14

If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

It is my intention to take some time during our session of prayer on Sundays to reveal some insights on this passage regarding prayer over the next few weeks. I have found that in meditating on the word in small increments, it brings new life to what I thought I already understood. So take some time and review 2 Chronicles 7:14 in bite size pieces during personal reading time.

In the mean time please keep praying for our church family. In closing I have also listed some areas you will want to bring before the Father.

Ministry Concerns

*Fun fellowship opportunities for our church family

*New leadership to help with new plans for CentrePoint

*Ministry ideas to best serve our existing church family in every category from babies to senior adults

*Ministry ideas to best serve our personal communities and the community surrounding CentrePoint

The future of CentrePoint will be birthed in prayer. It is our aim to pursue what the Lord is saying to CentrePoint in this season and only what He is saying. That's why it's important that we all pray. God is no respecter of persons and He could very well desire to use you to help develop the plans we need to see a prosperous future.

It takes all of us doing our parts. No matter what you think of your role, you are important to our body. We really need you.

Stay blessed,
